The 45mm large-bore adjustment components are designed for applications with large lifts of up to six inches above factory in some vehicles. Our adjustable shock absorbers are rugged for the Australian outback. In addition to the Foam Cell insert to combat shock fading, the 45mm adjustment also includes an ABS dust shield and an external wiper seal to protect the internal components of the shock absorber from sand that can damage the oil seals around the chrome rod. A fully extended shock absorber is most susceptible to damage caused by side loading. An internal bump stop and piston guide provide support to the shock absorber in extreme conditions.
