The accelerator pedal signal converter is a special device that allows you to keep the factory accelerator pedal in the Nissan Patrol y61 GU3/GU4 car after replacing the engine with the M57. Thanks to this solution, you can save time and maintain comfort by using the gas pedal suspended from above. The converter also allows you to reduce the risk of failure, because the factory accelerator pedal and its components are mounted higher than the pedal in BMW cars.
It is worth noting that the accelerator pedal from the Nissan Patrol y61 can be installed with the converter in the y60 model without the need for modification.
The assembly of the converter is very simple and consists mainly of connecting the appropriate plug and inserting five pins into the plug of the BMW computer in accordance with the assembly instructions attached to the device. When ordering the converter, please specify whether it will work with the D1 engine (models: e39/e38) or D2-D5 (models: e60 and similar), because they differ in the arrangement of pins.
